I needed a T shirt large enough to cover me and my assets without having to tuck it in. I'm 6'4" and close to 300lbs, up 'til now I've been wearing 4x shirts when I could find them, for the length. They were too large for my body but I didn't have to tuck them in. Now with the logtail T I can wear my true size, a 2x, untucked!
My original order was garbled somehow and I received wrong colors with no pocket. I called and was sent a pre-paid label and a 2x to try since I had ordered 3x's assuming I would need them. The 2x fitme quite well and I anticipate receipt of the other 4 in the correct colors soon.
I was very pleased with customer service.

I bought the long tail tees for my husband and teenage boys. They are all over 6' so getting tees that are long enough has always been an issue. These tees are perfect! They are durable enough to wear again and again. I thought I had bought enough to give them some now and save some as Christmas presents. When they tried them though, they were hooked and had to have all right away. I guess I'll have to purchase some more. I don't mind buying more when it is such good quality and value.

I love the sizing, feel, durability of these shirts.
But, I've learned to only order the dark colors because the fabric really holds on to stains. The lighter colors really show old stains. Even with immediate application of detergent and stain remover, they seem to be there for good.
I'd wear it more as a regular shirt if the collar did not lose it's shape so quickly after putting it on.
Great for camping and yardwork, but I would show it off more if the collar was better.

Like the weight and feel, as well as the as-advertised ability to prevent plumber's crack. However the necks droop, sag and stretch out of shape almost immediately after putting them on. No amount of ironing or drying can put them back to shape. I know I'm not alone in noticing this! I won't be buying any more until I see evidence here that the problem has been fixed. Sorry.

Wore this short while building our own house. Good first layer on an autumn day when the temperature flucuates. Warm enough to be the only shirt in the heat of the afternoon and breathable enough to be the base layer under a heavy shirt and coat in the morning frost. Thanks, Duluth!

After 40+ years of marriage I finally discovered the Longtail-T for my husband. I usually buy 6-12 t-shirts at a time. He wears them seven days a week. We still have many new t-shirts wrapped in plastic from a competitor that my husband refuses to wear. Please, please never quit manufacturing this wonderful t-shirt. What I like these t-shirts is that they are so heavy, hold thier shape, don't stretch out of shape around the neck, long enough to stay tucked in, don't fade, and wear forever (maybe not forever...!). The only time I don't wear one is when I'm in the shower. Oh yeah, and suntanning(material's too thick).

I am tall and the shirt fits well as far as length. However, I was expecting a thicker more heavy material. Also the neck does not seem like it holds its shape well after you wear it for a couple hours. I still think that carhartt makes the best t-shirts.

Wow! The only thing this shirt lacks is a witty saying on the front or back. I'm tall at 6 ft 5 in and constantly tugging at OTHER shirts. This one covers everything with plenty of room to tug at. I LOVE the COBALT blue. Love it. I am so glad to see a blue color besides navy or baby blue. The one thing I would like to see is this shirt without a pocket. I have used this T-shirt for work for more than 3 years. They had a smooth, solid feel; held up to hard wear (I still wear the oldest ones); an above average T-shirt. Received my 4th order last month and they are not the same. Completely different feel to the material; stitching is not the same; does not hold it's shape, especially around the neck; just you average, run-of-the-mill T-shirt that I can buy anywhere. Very disappointing.

I've bought these before and they seemed to be heavier cotton and have a tighter neck, which I prefer. After my most recent purchase, it seems that the cotton is of lighter weight and the neck seems to be a bit bigger. I don't like this because it seems to stretch anyway during a day of work.

You changed the design and the fabric. I ordered a large just as I always had and these new shirt fit me like a tent. They are clearly extra large or larger, even though the label says large.

I mainly use these as work shirts. I have always ordered these in a large size, which is strange and akward for me as I always buy size XL in other shirts. The last shirts I ordered seem much bigger than normal. I wish I would have bought or tried Medium, which seems completely crazy to do. My husband has a very wide middle. Other tees I've bought him just tug & pull on him. Thanks to the Duluth Longtail Tee he can be (feel) more comfortable and look more presentable! I would recommend these tees to the thousands of big biker guys out there!

I wear the shirts all the time, working in the yard, going to the market,shopping,singing with my two choruses and my two quartets, also just hanging out at home. When working in the yard and I have a third of a acre, it wicks the sweet away. I noticed when I stop working for a drink of water and standing in the shade to cool off and a breeze comes up, it can get a little cold but it's refreshing. Kudos to you for the moisture wicking.

I use these shirts every day for work, 10-12 hrs and they hold up pretty good.They wear out about 1-1 1/2 years depending on the type of work, if I'm under a house crawling around or out side doing trim work. The camlheather shirt just doesn't fit right. It's alot bigger cut than the other shirts and feels like a tent. Not recomend this shirt, but the other ones yes

I provide IT Support in a Wildland Fire environment. In that role, I can normally spend up to 2 weeks in a temporarily established fire camp with limited laundry facilities. These shirts hold up great. I sometimes will wear the same shirt for 3 to 4 days and they do not lose their shape.
Additionally, I end up running a lot of cables in and around the other desks and have always had to be careful when bending over so as not to reveal too much. Not so with the Longtail T. No longer do I have to stop and adjust my clothing to reduce the likelihood of peer rear-view.

This is A sturdy & really comfortable T-shirt. Most guys are experts on the quality of A T-shirt, just by looking at it. Like A sixth sense. Being somewhat rotund (that means a bit past chubby if you didn't know) I have a bad problem with plumber's butt syndrome. This shirt has healed that ailment once and for all. I remain as comfortable as humanly possible in our hot and humid climate here due to the shirts wickability. I don't know how I survived our climate before finding Duluth Trading Company. Keep up the good work.

have been wearing these t-shirts since mid 80's and could not have been more pleased with comfort, fit and longevity. i have worn these shirts cutting firewood, doing heme remodels, auto repair and going out to dinner-they are great!

I'm disabled and I like a big and long shirt. My wife likes em too, no butt cracks. I also like the shirt for ccw to cover my gun and holster. Good shirt. Could use a little heavier material and sort of pricey..

Hubby liked his t's so much, I figured I would like them also. They fit perfectly, stay in my jeans. A little too warm on warm days when working outside, so don't need an extra shirt. I love them.

I love these shirts...they last about 3 years for me and I wear them for work. The way I wear shirts out, other brands only last about a year..I wear them everyday. These shirts fit wonderfully, they wear long and the price is right. Excellent product.

A hefty pocket tee (black, of course) has always been my casual mainstay for decades. Such a shirt was generally available from a well known undergarment manufacturer at most clothing and discount retailers. When this company decided to cease all production and reinvent themselves in the 90's I had the fortune to stumble on Duluth and the Longtail-T. I purchased 4 in black and they remain with me today, still looking good, comfortable and not a bit of shrinkage. I've since ventured into some other colors and have never looked back. Thanks, Duluth !

I love everything about these shirts including the wide range of colors available. I have at least one of every color for personal use and several of some colors for embroidered for my business. My only complaint about these shirts and it is minor, is that the collars tend to roll or stretch out easily. I would love to see them make the collars a bit thicker and more durable so they will stay true to shape better. Other than that I really love these shirts.

The quality of this shirt is unbelievable, I've had these shirts now going on four years and they still look almost brand new, I like these so much that I just bought four more, long and short sleeve, I will never buy from anywhere else..
