When I looked for used chevy 2500 3/4 ton trucks, I noticed that three year old trucks had severely worn out driver seat upholstery. So I wanted to protect seat in my new pickup. Unfortunately, The cover doesn't have any way to strap it down to seat. I have bought heavy duty seat bags that have pull straps that hold it down. Could not find that product online. Other than that, this is a durable, product. A good alternative to the aforementioned product no longer available.

Works well, looks good enough to leave in (after the shake at home). Stores easily in the trunk as well, folds into reasonable size for storage. I leave the shop nasty and in no time at all can unfold, and put on the seat; confident that the seat is well protected. The nubby backside on the seat portion assures that it stays and won't bunch up at the back of the seat. Now, if only one went to the pedals!

I purchased the seat apron to protect my seat covers from getting muddy when I take my dogs hiking. It's muddy sometimes when the snow melts and the dogs jump on it. I get muddy sometimes myself. The seat apron is easy to remove and clean and reinstall. I love it.

This is a great idea, i would love just a little more if I could get it with a flap for the arm rests, but that would make it more complicated so it is a trade off.
So easy, hang in on the head rest, swing onto the seat in 10 seconds and go. 5 seconds to swing off. And I can't lose it. i can move it to another car if I need to in a flash. Plan to get one for the passenger side. It can work in the back seat, but not well.

We used to put towels on the car or truck seats when we were wearing work clothes but they always slipped down on the seats and crunched up, they even ripped when we tried to stitch them together to slip them over the headrests. Not anymore. The material of these covers is fantastic and the embroidered Duluth logo gives it an extra special touch. One of my greates buys from the catalog, love it very much.

I have a seat mounted sholder strap on my truck. I am going to have a seemstress cut a "slit" and put a snap to go around the seatbelt, just to make it fit a little better. Other than that, I think it will fit most high back bucket seats.

This is the perfect solution for when my pants are dirty from using a chainsaw/cutting firewood, from burning slash piles, or from outdoor recreation activities. I don't have to take off my regular seat cover, which is kind of a hassle, to wash it. I have used a rag towel on the seat in the past, & it would not stay in place very well, but this does.

These covers work best if you flip the bottom back against the seatback before you sit down on the clean upholstery underneath. Flip the bottom back down when your dog will be on the seat. Removing and stowing the entire cover each time you get in is time consuming, but might be necessary if your riding partner is very fastidious. My farm-gal isn't fussy and doesn't mind sitting back against the up-folded cover.

I recently bought a newer truck and wanted to protect the drivers seat from the every day wear and tear, dirt and grime that my seat sees as a result of remodeling carpentry. This seat cover was just the ticket for tough and durable at a good price. Though not real stylish, it does a good job of protection of the seat after I safety pinned the cover to the sides of the seat so it would stay in place during the entering and exiting from the truck.

This thing folds into a very small package but covers a large bucket seat with a headrest. Shake it out, fold it up and you are good to go. Durable stuff, probably never need another one unless someone steals it.

This carseat cover is the first of its kind that I have ever seen. I have purchased covers from auto part stores, on the internet and even had custom sheepskin covers made. This one for the price cannot be beat. It just hooks over from the top of your car seat and it is so wide and deep that it completely covers it all around. The other side is a bubblewrap sort of rubber and keeps the seat cover from sliding around even though it is not strapped down or shaped to slip over the seat. It is the best value and best performing universal type car seat I have ever bought.

I keep these on the two front seat of my Honda Element. The tan compliments the blue and silver colors of my car. They couldn't be simpler to put on or take off. The make of the apron is perfect for the Element because it doesn't wrap around the existing Honda storage space in the back of the seats. The material is thick (Firehouse) and easily washable. [...] The bottom part of the apron (on the seat) hangs in place, so wrinkles happen from getting in and out, but I don't seem to mind.

You don't need to own a truck to appreciate this seat-saver. I throw this on my compact car when I drive home from the horse barn. Next day when I drive to work I don't have to worry if my seat is clean. No more using a towel to protect my seat. If it works with my sweaty, dirty clothes I bet it would work with a wet swimsuit, or if you need a small ground cloth to kneel on.

As a construction worker, I use my truck for work, as well as personal travels. This seat cover is so easy to install, and remove if necessary. This cover actually makes my Jeep seat more comfortable on long trips!
The cover fits my Jeep front seat like a glove. It doesn't move around or bunch up as I slide in and out, either.

I work at an open-pit gold mine in Alaska and use the car seat apron constantly.
Water, mud, grease and rock dust can't even touch it.

only issue we have found is that you have to lift yourself onto seat instead of sliding in. it doesn't stay in place if you slide in.

MY 17 Y/O DAUGHTER JUST STARTED TO DRIVE AFTER A CAR ACCIDENT THAT LEFT HER PARALIZED. SHE PLACES HER WHEEL CHAIR ON THE PASSENGER SEAT AND THIS NORMALLY GENERATES A LOT OF SCRATCHES AND TEARS ON THE MATERIAL. The first thing I do during the weekend when I'm doing all my chores is to put the car seat apron in my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I recently traded my old truck in for a brand new Toyota Matrix. I'm a Marine Mechanic so don't really need a truck. The matrix with the rear seats down allows plenty of room for all my tools. also went for the hatchback because the island I live on gas is never less than [$]a gallon... So ok brand new car, and I'm usually fairly filthy at the end of a day the seat apron is awesome, just throw it over the head rest and sit your grimy butt down. it goes on and off in seconds so if I'm actually in clean clothes for a change just pull it off and throw it in the back with my tools.

I use the Aprons to protect the leather seats in my 2009 F-150 Pickup. While they protect the seats I do have access to the map pockets that wouldn't be accessable if I used anyother type of seat covers to protect these great looking leather seats. They are easily removed to be washed and then replaced.

These seat covers appear to be very durable and water repellent. They are extremely easy to install. They just slide over the headrest and lay on the seat. They also have a nice rubber backing to keep them from sliding around. Their ease of use can also be a drawback as you don't fit them to the seats, they just lay on and over the seats. I like them and the color and think they will be just right for the 4 wheel drive vehicle which attracts dirt.
A minor point; I plan on using some sort of clips to keep the covers in place as you slide in.

The discripton said it would work on any bucket seat. It won't. If your shoulder belt comes out of the seat{Dodge} it will not work.

I like the seat covers because they are very durable canvas type material.
What I don't like is that everytime I get out of my car I have to re-adjust the placement of the seat cover. If there were some hook and loop type material to hold them in place or some sort of an elastic strap it would make a huge difference.

Its a great option especially at this price, but I wish it were a little longer. It scrunches up a bit on my full size pickup seats, exposing the part under my knees. However, Ive tried it on the driver side and Im getting another for the passengers!

It is great not to have to crawl around and clip on hooks. Just slip this on and in a minute you are on the go. The rubber backing on the lower part keeps the slipping to a minimum. You can take it off and reinstall in just a couple of minutes. I love it.

I use the seat covers all the time. Excellent for keeping seats clean. If they get dirty just throw in wash. No hassle putting on or removing.Would recommend having some form of attaching device for lower portion on the seat. Bunches up if used constantly. The car seat apron was the answer to a very long quest. The Subaru belonged to our son who is not as careful about spills as we. By the time we got the car back, the passenger seat could have been mined for the soup and coffee that was spilled over our son's Junior & Senior years at college.

We used a towel, which was OK for family, but other passengers were taken aback and about disgusted when they saw the stains. The Seat Apron, then, is perfect - not just for preventing stains from getting on your seats, but also for covering those already there.

Sometimes I take my dogs along with me in the truck and leave them there while running errands. This cover stands up to hundred+ pound dogs and their hair and claws. It cleans off easily too. I am really glad that I purchased this product along with the bench seat(car?) version so my entire front seat is protected.
