I bought one pair, then another as I liked them so much and I don't normally wear sweatpants. I (the wife) did have to replace the buckles with aftermarket parts on both pair as they soon broke in the wash.
All in all, Love the pants, hate the buckle.

My headline for this review is something I hear almost every time I wear these out somewhere. All the pockets are great but loading them up too much can cause you to "pants" yourself if you're not careful.

These were great from the very beginning. They are warm and comfortable with generous pockets. I like that they have a belt instead of a drawstring. As soon as I received the Navy pair, I ordered the Gray ones too. They are heavy, but I don't mind wearing them in almost any weather.
I haven't had any buckles break. I said they were too long because I couldn't say "a little too long," but though I buy the shortest, 30" inseams, almost every pair of pants is too long on me, and honestly, they're not that bad. If I put them on in the morning, I can wear them all day to the store, the post office, nearly everywhere around town. I'm pretty casual. Wouldn't wear them out to dinner though.
I do have to say that the first gray pair I received were much too short--I compared them to the navy pair I already had. I contacted Customer Service, and they sent a replacement pair and a postage paid return sticker right away. The new pair were perfect.

These are winter only pants given the weight of the material, but I like the fact that they are warm. I have gone thru several buckles. Duluth has been good about sending replacements. Improve the buckle and I would recommend.

I love these pants for those cold mornings I'm waking up and drinking coffee. I don't wear them out very often, because I'm not that casual, but they are comfortable and could be worn for quick trips and errands. I have not done any serious work in these pants, but I suspect they would hold up well.

Comments about Duluth Trading Men's Souped-up Sweatpants:
Excellent construction. Heavy, beefy fabric yet cut generously such that it won't bind or pinch. Plenty of pockets, which are deep enough to hold tools, brushes, cell phones, etc. Only drawback is the plastic belt buckle, which on one of my pairs has already broken. Unfortunately, due to the way the belt runs through the pants, you can't simply replace the buckle. This one flaw could be solved by replacing the plastic with a rubber compound buckle.
